United StatesAbsolutely love Fresh Eyes!!
Feels so silky & rich. Smells like anise (but scent does not linger all day, which is perfection). No more puffy eyes! hydrates, smoothes, fades dark circles. Clients buy it aftr they experience in a facial & I plan to keep plenty full size jars in stock now!!
